WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 1-3 days. You may track your order at USPS.com, however your order will not be updated until USPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 3-14 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive. Some orders may be backordered and sent within 14 days if there needs to be a restock on an item you purchased.
ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR HELD PACKAGES. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS so any issues encountered must be handled with them. If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package you must contact them. If you provided the wrong address and the package is being sent back, you will have to pay for shipping once again if you want us to re-send your package. We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.
International orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We understand that international shipping is expensive so please make sure that your address is correct or you will have to pay for shipping once again for us to re-send your package.
If you are not content with the size or item you ordered, you can return it for an exchange or refund. You have 30 days to report any issues encountered with your order as well as have that time to request an exchange or refund.
If the items are sent back worn out, washed or smell of laundry detergent, cologne or any type of scent that allows us to think it has been worn--the item(s) will be sent back to you. Refunds are only for items purchased. Shipping is non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
