DELAYS

We apologize in advance for any delays Trae Merch may experience.  Big tours and holiday seasons will come with some delays.  Our staff works as fast as they can to have everyone's order out as quickly as possible.

The Trae Merch staff ships and replies to emails Monday-Friday.  

PHONE NUMBER

We do not have a phone number since too many people would call assuming Trae Tha Truth is going to answer the phone.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

TERMS OF SERVICE

SHIPPING:

Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 2-4 business days. You may track your order at USPS.com, however your order will not be updated until USPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 3-14 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive. Priority packages take 2 to 3 business days to arrive once they leave our warehouse.

Calculated shipping is given at checkout.  USPS automatically charges for priority mail once item(s) weigh over 15.9oz.  

ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR  LOST, STOLEN OR HELD PACKAGES.  Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS so any issues encountered must be handled with them.  If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package you must contact them.

 If you provided the wrong address and the package is being sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping  once again if you want us to re-send your package. 

We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To ensure the delivery of international orders. We will ONLY ship international orders via DHL.

We understand that international shipping is expensive so please make sure that your address is correct or you will have to pay for shipping once again for us to re-send your package.   

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If you are not content with the size or item you ordered, you can return it for an exchange or refund.  Please be aware that if you are being issued a refund the shipping cost will not be refunded.  You have 30 days to return items for a refund or exchange however if the items are sent back worn out, washed or smell of laundry detergent, cologne or any type of scent that allows us to think it has been worn--the item(s) will be sent back to you. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. You must wait for your order to arrive and email us to start your return process. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We do not offer return labels for refunds or exchanges unless the mistake was ours.  You must pay for return shipping.
